When we got Howard it was needs must and probably the best we could get. But he's past his sell by date now and like a lot of old pros hang on too long. Between now and his leaving I fear it will not be a pleasant departure, hope I am wrong. If I was Howard I would let it be known that I wanted to move back to America - say home sickness or some bull - allowing the leaving to be managed.
