My mate when he went to hit went 'jags you twaaaaaAAAAAA-' and then the next twenty minutes are a blur. Never been in a crowd like it before or since

i got battered by a copper with a big stick on that pitch, wacked me from behind and laid into me, i was black and blue, only stopped when i jumped up and ran at him , few others joined in and we legged him all over the pitch.

I'll never forget that day. I couldn't get on the pitch unfortunately cos I was in that stand that is the double of the upper bullens. Can anyone remember that 1 Southampton fan who came out the clock end and walked up to the north bank goading all the everton fans.
