Only thing I can think of is that Mirallas doesn't have the discipline or refuses to play the way Martinez requires. He's just such a better footballer than Kone in every regard.

Kone isn't even tracking back and helping the young lad at left back, we are so unbalanced at the moment because everything is going down the right.
