How the f is Mirallas winning this? Last nights antics have just lessened my opinion of him even further. Don't care how good he can be on his day at all, his attitude absolutely stinks. I'd rather have any of those options there than him at the moment. No player deserves a first team guarantee and I don't think there's many, if any, who'd deal with being out the team as badly as Mirallas. Look at Naismith, less than half the talent of Mirallas but he's not moaned at all at being left out of the team, even though he's actually shown more this season to give him a reason to play for us.

I agree with you about Pienaar but i think his age and recent injury record mean we may not see much more of him in a Blue shirt. For me it has to be Mirallas.
 
First of all, Lennon is a RW and Baines is a Left back. Naismith hasnt the quality.

Kone, Mirallas and Cleverley are the only options really and of those Cleverley should be in the centre + Kone will leave the LB exposed against the better sides.

The only real choice is Mirallas and after his antics last night I think he'll be gone in Jan to get a place in the Euros for Belgium.

What we need is a new LW.

Munir from Barca OR Duncan Watmore from Sunderland would be my choices.

I actually think we need to recruit a right-footed left winger so shouts for people like Munir to me are a bit pointless. Rom is miles better with Kone playing because he's a winger/striker who can come in close to him for the interchange whereas on the right Geri can come inside but he's also got a good cross on him. Having a proper left-footed left winger will completely negate the benefits Baines bring to the team.
