I think Besic should be the one to come in for McCarthy. This will be a tough game and Barry could be left exposed with Gibson or Cleverley alongside him.

Hopefully Deulofeu is fit. Teams at Boro's level can't live with him, so I expect he'll be the difference again if he plays tonight. If not, maybe Mirallas will finally get himself up and running for the season, even if it's just to get himself in the shop window for January.

Barry isn't definite I don't think. Neither is McCarthy but Martinez mentioned them in the press conference.
