ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Was it this?

that's the comment i was referring to when i said i shouldn't have carried scrolling into the comments.

totally irrelevant to the topic and also a true showing of their bitterness to any other club and their successes.

the class of 92 would never have played football if it wasn't for hillsborough. That's what that post basically means.

Apparently when Klopp was asked about Howard Kendall on Saturday he didn't know who he was. When asked if wanted to pass on his condolences he said:
"It’s not so fair to bring me this situation after one week. I don’t know so much about British football or British legends. There are other people at the club who can do this better".
QUOTE]

Well if that's the case, the berk should have a word with his legendary fellow countryman Gunther Netzer to see how he rated Howard from personal rivalry experience. He obviously needs re-educating. Surely to God its basic decency and good manners to pay respect to a fellow professional who has passed away without making defensive comments fearing putting his foot in it. With whom though ?....perhaps it may endear him to some of the knuckle dragging morons they attract. He'll be on the shrink's couch as it is before long with schmoozing them and living up to their outrageous expectations of him. I must say though, all the LFC related people who have passed comment in the media...and Kenny Dalglish was the first to do so... have been very respectful to Howard....and rightly so.

He will have been made aware of Kendall on the day of course...all he had to do was make a single sentence comment.

I understand where hes coming from by being defensive though, thats solely based on the Kloppites hanging on his every word and hes clearly embarassed by them...

For Christs sake.... not another crying arse RS tirade. Hes started early hasn't he...Ross Barkley broke his leg in two places in a young England team and not much was said about it (AND as it was one of his teammates who tackled him....step forward A. Wisdom of LFC)

'I don’t know who I have to speak to about this, but I will find a way of talking to someone. It is not okay. Three matches in five days is the reason why he is now injured..............
'It is too much. Three games in five days? That is not normal. Football is 90 minutes. There are special things you have to use, your muscles and if you’re young maybe you are more resistant from things from outside, but it is not normal to have three matches in five days and send him (Rossiter) back.
'I have to talk to somebody. We are in contact, our doctor Andy (Massey) and Chris (Morgan, Head of Physiotherapy) are talking. I didn’t want my first day at Melwood to be on a call with someone from the FA.
'For sure this is not okay, that is all I say. There is no doubt it is not okay. It is the hamstring, a muscle problem and where is that coming from?
'In the last game. I don’t know what minute, maybe he played through and then he came back. It was not on the flight, it was not on the train, it was not in the car. It was in the match and because of the match.
'These young players are our future, if we handle them like horses then we get horses
* We want that they improve and that they get better. We want them to have time and not feel too much pressure.
'They don’t have to play three games in five days. That is all I want to say. It is interesting that I have to say this again. Is it normal in England that you have to play three games in five days?'
