Doug I had him down for one save - he was on his backside before Rooney shot, but TBH the whole defence, and midfield was outplayed today - I feel any team would have beat us today would have beaten us today the way we performed!
The sad news of HK was a blow to any blues who seen him play, and manage us to trophies!
A bad, sad day all round Doug, and my brother was there with his own pies this time!
Probably choked on them on such of an occasion , and a performance like that!

Lost it in midfield today Joe, Howard prevented us going in 3-0 just before the break after poor defending from Galloway(?) and a couple of times in the second half.

But we never got going with only Lukaku taking the fight to them, shame about that performance on such a tragic day for the club really.

Getting beaten at your near post is unforgivable, it was as if Rooney was trying not to score.

To be honest Rooney as ever was doing his best to do nothing against us today, apart from misplaced passes, but that one he just had to put away, cant really blame him.

Sick of him now. He is absolutely useless. I'd rather play a kid from the youth sides, or get the Dixie Dean statue in goal, he's flucking craap

I'm sure rooney took pity on us on that last one on one, when jags weirdly decided to run the wrong side of him, timbo just flopped harmlessly to the floor, and luckily rooney hit him in his gormless grid

Went down far too early for the Rooney goal. Though I recall he saved a certain one on one against Harry Kane by standing up to him. Basic errors now against WBA, LFC and MU.

Anyway, Robles deserves a run. After all he played out of his skin last season. If he fails then get a new keeper at Xmas but Horrible Howard will continue to cost us.

I think Tim made Rooneys mind up for him by actually diving before before he'd made contact with the ball leaving a gaping hole to aim at.Might as well say it again Tim your shi£e.
