virgin media pissing about with whether they are installing me or not.

I'm guessing our house isnt cabled up despite the area being so, but they cancelled the installation pending the decision to do the work or not. I'm expecting the answer to be no like but i can't sign up for another broadband provider until they tell me!

and there doesn't seem to be anyone to tell me any straight answers!
