I think it may have come from the very first Metal Gear. Been a mainstay in all the games I think, just adds a bit of humour to the game

Just played Mad Max - proper LOL at anyone who thinks that is in any way a decent game. It's like an MMO without being an MMO. "Fetch X of this", "Kill X of that", "Destroy X of Y", grind grind grind grind grind...

As @ijjysmith said, that's an injoke for the series mate. MGS isn't meant to be taken seriously as a combat simulator. I mean MGS5 is a game where you hook goats to balloons to jet them off into the air; hardly ARMA3!

Plus gets the Mad Max world utterly to perfection.

So behind on games this year, wicther 3, new batman, until dawn, the new destiny expansion coming out. Plus we have the new fallout.

What have I missed out. Can only get two before Christmas, until dawn is one, the second one is between wicther 3 and destiny

That isn't a difficult choice mate IMO - it's Witcher 3 all day long.

It's the time I have to worry about, it will take me for ever to complete the witcher 3 where destiny I can just pick up and play plus I'm addicted to the raids in destiny.

Destiny is boss mate, however after 800+ raids (total) and flawless Trials of osiris every week i'v taken a step back from it. Decided against buying the taken king dlc too, bit disheartened that none of the legendary weapons can be upgraded

800 raids, wow. I've only completed less then 10. IM a rubbish player these days, blame work and families
