Awesome, lid.
Some folks have been talking about it in various transfer threads after we signed Funes Mori, so I thought I'd give it its own thread.
Now that we have 3 (supposedly, we'll see how the new lad does) solid central defenders, what about Everton playing all three of them. AT THE SAME TIME.
Obviously not against everybody, but if it's against sides that are going to boss our midfield anyway, might be worth a shot. And I think it'd suit ourfullbacks' wingbacks' play style well, enabling them to get forward more.
Does anybody else in the Prem really do this? I don't watch enough English footie to really know. I know Costa Rica and the Dutch did it to great effect last summer in Brazil. There were a couple other sides that tournament that did, like Mexico.
