What is this summer that you speak of?
Yes, I missed the summer as well

What is this summer that you speak of?
Apart from arteta
That's not what I said and you know it. The lads rich, you aren't. Get over it bitterness won't solve anything
He has acted unwisely but there can be no doubt that he has been advised to do so and is now struggling to come to terms with his actions. What exactly are the tears for my man? He realised he made a mistake in putting in his transfer request? His agent ill advised him and forced him to ask for a transfer 1 week before the window closes?
Sure he is an Evertonian for the time being, but as I said previously, who is the one that "doesn't get it"? John Stones or Kithnou and Khlekan who have been passionate Blues for decades?
If he stays I will support him and the team as I always have. I have been a huge fan of the player. But his actions this week say it all...
Ok mate. Lets not exagerate things. Tremendous pressure he finds himself in. Poor John Stones.Nonsense, it just proves hes a 21 year old kid with world wide media on his case, the likes of which ive never seen in my life, a million different voices telling him what to do, dirty underhand tactics from some. Hes under unreal pressure, no wonder his head is recked.
And dont right off his time here like it as nothing to him, the amount of work he does for this club off the pitch with our different foundations in his own spare time puts others to shame. He has a great bond with the fans and the club
Once again mate, you are making an assumption. What if his tears were that he wants out and doesn't feel Everton will let him go?He has acted unwisely but there can be no doubt that he has been advised to do so and is now struggling to come to terms with his actions.
Should we instantly forgive him? No.
Should we perhaps lower our pitchforks and torches for a little longer? Maybe.
Re: the bolded bit - I have not cast any aspersions towards either of your Evertonian credentials mate x
By petulant you mean hit the nail on the head. im sure if you applied yourself you could be a success too.lol
What a petulant reply.
But surely you can feel sympathy for both - it isn't an emotion that is rationed? And happen our sympathies should be with those unfortunates living in the war zone rather than with a young man who has everything going for him.
Areta moyes and i believe elstone have all confirmed it was to appease the banks, in the preceading yearsNope. Arteta had a gentlemans agreement with Moyes that he could leave if we never got top 4. Moyes agreed that it was right to let him leave. Mikel had been loyal to us, well, loyal in much the same way that Stones will be loyal if he knuckles down for another season before we sell him.
To echo the words of MJ, 'you are not alone'.Yes, I missed the summer as well![]()
With respect lad youre just coming across as a bitter nobOk mate. Lets not exagerate things. Tremendous pressure he finds himself in. Poor John Stones.
Neither of us know for sure mate however until proven otherwise I'm going to believe that the lad has a bit of humanity in him and is genuinely upset over the impact that his actions have had.Once again mate, you are making an assumption. What if his tears were that he wants out and doesn't feel Everton will let him go?
We all don't know in reality do we?
Ok mate. Lets not exagerate things. Tremendous pressure he finds himself in. Poor John Stones.
