John Stones transfer saga

I know Bill isn't full of money and gets slated on here for almost anything.. We are now in a stronger position then we were years ago when we had to sell the likes of Rooney and Lescott. also we have a manager who is full of positively & aspiration unlike David Moyes who was negative and dire.. Remember him saying when he got the Utd job that he thought he was going to Ferguson's house because he was going to take one of our players.. Dear oh dear.

The Mirror just won't let it go, even after what Martinez just said they are still going with this:

"The Premier League champions have already begun talks with Everton over a £34million deal for defender Stones, despite the Toffees' public insistence that he is not for sale, Chelsea hope to complete a deal by the weekend"

Well we've had the cheek to try and keep one of our key players despite interest from ''a big club''. This crap probably wont stop until the window closes.

Lol, remember that line. That was terrible.

Looks it - if so, how incredibly thick is John Stones? I know footballers aren't exactly rocket scientists but bloody hell; this is so dumb I didn't even consider it.

When you're young you DO NOT question authority unless you're naturally rebellious.

Seriously. Questioning authority or conventional wisdom by that asking "is this right?" Is a skill some don't learn until their mid 20's

It's like doctors.

Most people are too afraid to ask for a second opinion.

We still need investment though so let's not let Bill off the hook here because Martinez has come out firing. If Stones stays we still need a few in.

It is great that the press focus on Mou spending all this money on "his targets", rather than Mou ripping up and burning forty million of his owners money getting rid of one player he didn't rate.
