I'd love us to stand firm and refuse his departre but let's be honest there's no way he's staying now if they offer £35m+ unfortunately.

I just hope we actually smash deadline day again and have a season like 13/14. Except with permanent players rather than loans.

well only a few days ago , that frumpy manbearpig hag from west ham , Karen brady , was saying in the press how stones should move to Chelsea. a player not at her club , to a club that's a local rival to her club . odd isn't it ?

I would like to know kenwrights best mate , and so called friend of evertons , phillips greens thoughts on the matter , seeing as one of his employees was unsettling one of his best mates players in the press just a few days ago !

lets not forget , Chelsea wont pay the amount in a lump sum , but with a promised 30+ million coming in over the next few seasons , we will have a chance of getting a bigger loan to get players .... obviously a loan for 30 million will incure interest charges , so we wont actually get to spend the whole 30 million , but whoever lends us the money to cover it will make a nice penny or 2.
oh , and just think of the players can get in with that money , I'm sure there agents will get a bit of a fee out of our 30 million too.
I'm sure the clubs we get those players off will also be eligible for higher loans to get replacement players in aswell.

but then again , a couple of extra players on the books , means the worth of our assets go up , as does the price of the club if anyone wants to make a buck from selling it .
