espn is quoting "sources" as well, which hopefully isn't a self-serving euphemism for "i follow the echo on twitter." something must have leaked or been leaked for all three (echo + bbc + espn) to pick up on this at the same time
 
McNulty wouldn't write something without there being a decent source ... meaning Elstone via Phil Kirkbride. lol
 

In a week when the Everton owners have clearly sent out their PR team to get on top of the media narrative and swing it back to their 'benign ownership of the club', I'd be inclined to treat all these 'Everton in negotiations with' stories with a huge shovel of salt.

I get where you're coming from here but leaking fake bids for Yarmolenko could have the opposite effect. If we fail to sign him after 'failing' to sign Shaqiri then it could send the fans into overdrive.

I never agree with you on posts but this is what I'm thinking. It's like it's to good to be true? Or is that the pessimist evertonian in me? Or 16 years of lies take your pick lol
