Life after Moyes?

I guarantee you, once BK or another major shareholder decides to let go of his trainset there will be offers in for the club, do you really believe a club as promising as us hasn't had interest shown? I've got a feeling it all hinges on Kirkby, if it's rejected BK will give up and sell up, if it goes through he'll wait until the shithole is built and then sell up, either way he's going at some point

What's the lottery numbers for next week, mate?

How quick do you reckon we can rattle a stadium together in?????

If we started this minute on the new stadium, 4 years - maybe. Considering nothings even started yet, we haven't even got a finalised destination as to where the stadium will be. Where looking at 6 years more at Goodison, and that's at the least.

Aye, no doubt about it.

It's the WHEN though, and none of that will be in the next 4 years.

Read my post, I said Bill is likely to give up trying to raise the value of the club and sell up if it's rejected.

He's our Alex Ferguson, he's going nowhere.

Only when Fergie retires aged 98 :D

Being serious Moyes is a top notch Manager and a man of integrity

Fortunate enough to meet him at a sportsmans dinner a few years ago seriously down to earth bloke

As much as I hate Kirkby it probably would pave the way for investment, Kenwright could get more for his shares and a new owner wouldn't have to worry about paying for a new stadium, if you're negative enough to say it wouldn't affect any future investment then that just about proves it

I doubt the Board are planning to build a new stadium just so they can offer it as a free incentive to anybody willing to buy the club off them - any prospective buyer will be paying a price that more than covers the cost of building the stadium, or they'll take ownership of a club carrying a debt burden of equivalent value.
