Generally when concerning those who neg regularly without any substance it's because they don't want to come on to the thread to discuss things properly. Like a real man.

The more accepted use of neg are for one-off things: jokey admonishments, serious disagreements or genuine WUM-spotting.

Yes please explain it in more detail.

You can give positive and negative rep. The likes are seperate entities and the cumulate score of both is seen in that little green (or red) box with the number in it
