Look at the stats mate.
Pay disparity is a real thing. Women doing the same jobs for less money.
It isn't about rights. It's about equal opportunities, and the ability to go and take those opportunities without being frowned on by society.

Gap exists; gap closing; most disparity is generational. I'm not suggesting it's a non-story, but most of the "story" you see reported is created apart from data and fact. No doubt there is discrimination in the workplace, but this data doesn't prove it or necessarily suggest it. Some of the gap may simply be work preference.

Worldwide of course. In non western countries feminism is definitely needed. Ironically western feminists wore "this is what a feminist looks like" T-shirts which were made by women earning pennies in India.

The so called pay gap is due to choices men and women make. Which profession are you in and how are they 5-10% behind if you don't mind me asking.

Even when adjusted for the same jobs with similar experience and abilities there are still pay differences mate.

I agree with this.

Yes as it pertains to the US and it's a ridiculous question when considered world wide. I am in one of the "best" professions for equality in pay and women are still at least 5-10% behind men. That's not to say pay is the only measure of inequality.

On the other side of the spectrum, my problem with some feminists is they only want the good stuff. I think women should be required to register for the draft and the inherent preference for women in child custody is sexist against men. Many work places do not give paternity leave, reinforcing the idea that child care is "women's work" which in part leads to some pay disparity. I'm sure there are many other examples.

With equal opportunity comes equal responsibility and loss of some "privilege."

I know mate. Haha. lol

Voting for someone based on their gender is literally sexism.

And honestly, do you actually think women are disadvantaged in 2015?

She's not getting voted in purely because of her gender. If she does get voted in. But, yeah, sexism towards men in politics. Right.

And yes. Without a shadow if a doubt

I've already seen feminists saying they'll vote for her simply because she's a woman.

Please. Please don't tell me you are actually offering this video up as any sort of evidence. Essentially saying jeez, women, it could be worse. It used to be really bad so why are you complaining?
From pay inequality, to threatening behaviour from men, to sexual violence, women face very real threats men don't.

So many unsubstantiated claims

Pay inequality doesn't exist. Men are threatened too and are much more likely to be attacked. Sexual violence is an issue of course, but how would you combat it?
