The Echo mentioned the other day that we should judge Martinez on his actions rather than his embarrassing use of post-match adjectives.

I have took their advice on board and began to accept they're only words and hope they're different behind the scenes.

Working solely on the facts then... Liverpool have won more points in 2015 alone than Everton have in 2014-15.

Whether it be with Martinez or not, we're teetering on the edge so we should be worried.

You mean the season I take it? And not from 1.1.2014 to 6.3.2015?

Surely ffs.
The Echo merely mentioned that it was 2014-2015 so I used their exact words, however I'd expect it to be referring to the 14-15 season.

I will however no endeavour to check the fact. Either way it's not nice reading: more points in two months as we have in six and a bit months.

Then again, Liverpool are out of Europe and Everton are still going strong.

And if, at season's end, Everton have won the Europa League and finished 17th in the table compared to Liverpool finishing 5th and winning nowt I know which team will had the best season ;)

And everyone has apologised and moved on.

All in all, we are all blues, well most are, so most misunderstandings or losses of temper/cool are usually quickly forgiven and forgotten.

I'm sorry but I haven't received any apology whatsoever, and i do not appreciate being called a racist. A quite foul and disgusting allegation and a direct attack on my character

You may be right. Equally, if we do not win the Europa league and finish 17th in the league then I know who'll have had the better season.

If we go down, regardless of whether we win the Europa league or not, then I know who'll feel better. Believe me it won't be me.

While I would love to win the Europa League, our progress in the competition up to now should not overshadow our horrendous league form.

A lot of people are putting a lot of hope on winning the Europa League and it being our saving grace; eggs in one basket comes to mind.

Personally, I think the probability of winning the Europa League and surviving in the league are slowly getting closer to being 'less likely'.

chris/mike...it's just struck me: we dont play again until next Thursday...WTF are you going to turn your attention to and hate between now and then?

Surely you cant keep this level of bile and bitterness up on our manager can you?

Pretty sure a few of us could think of someone

i was banned for a week for calling someone a kopite in the liverpool thread, the fact this fella gets away with it repeatedly only reaffirms the theory that its the sites own account to drum up activity

He isnt. And believe me, certain threads take more of our time, and patience, than others. No surprise that this one currently does both.
