People now not blaming Eto'o any longer. They now blame other players. It is beyond a joke. Who is the one who impose tactics and team selection？

We've had worse teams - it's a shock to us all including our manager even though he doesn't show it, but as I said, there's no guarantees with a new manager. I still think we'll prevail.

We'll stay up even if martinez remains. That doesn't mean he should tho!

If he won't change now with his job on the line. There's no chance he'll change next season.

It appears that a good proportion of people want him gone no matter what. Fair enough, but there's no consensus on the replacement. If somebody came in with a different playing style, how long would it take to come to fruition. Another season ? Two ? And if it didn't.Another manager, another season. More money wasted on managers and new players, more discontent.

Of course, a new manager might be a success for a season. But so was Martinez' s first season. Give him the chance over the summer for him to digest this season, and mull over his plans for the next.
He's not stupid and away from the pressures I think he'll have the nous to understand where he has gone wrong, what players need to be binned, and the need for new tactics to be introduced. I think that he's got the skills for us to be competing again in the upper echelons of the league if we give him the time.

In the long scheme of things it is only one season ; patience seems a harder option but one I think that will bring greater rewards

If we could get to end of the season and survive and regroup I'd take that now .. The worry is where our next win comes from .. If something doesn't change we will be dragged in to relegation zone . Teams below us play each other in coming weeks so will get some points ..my concern is we won't !
 

I really don't see how he can stay. This squad not competing against Stoke, scraping a draw at home to Leicester and generally being useless is down to the manager. He should be sacked today. I can't understand why people expect results to change when he keeps repealing his mistakes.

I think the etoo thing is starting to look more likely that etto disalousioned with Martinez thought "Fook this for a game of soldiers, this guys clueless, I'm off!"
 
Martinez seems a genuine nice guy but simply at the moment he has not got a clue what to do. We are in a massive slump and if it was not for a few absolutely awful teams below us we would be in the relegation places. Does he deserve to be sacked now ...YES !!! who should take charge...well million dollar question but obviously someone with experience to get us through the rest of this pitiful season then maybe if possible recruit a new manager for next season....SOUNDS GREAT IF ONLY IT WAS THIS EASY !!!
