so they need 8 from the last 30

This is Everton's worst ever performance over 28 games, it's never, ever been as bad as this. Some people still haven't woken up to Martinez' ineptitude.

Sacking him or not is a dilemma, as sackings can sometimes have bad consequences, but there are also many examples of it having a positive effect. This current dilemma very much reminds me of that faced by Kenwright in March 2002.

We buzzed off Rodgers when in reality he's a much better manager in every department

Hurts me to say it mate because I've had enough fun at Rodgers expense in their thread but you're absolutely spot on. They leak goals he drops the keeper and plays 3 at the back. We have a run of looking good defensively and Roberto recalls his keeper ensuring his defence goes back to conceding for fun and keeps playing a protector in front of them in terrible form. Dropping Robles is probably the worse decision I can recall from an Everton manager. Totally lost respect for him after that.
