Timing is the only reason that I'm not thinking he should at least be under threat to be sacked.... I think it would do more harm than good.

But his position should be reviewed in the summer.

And Dortmund have struck together 4 straight wins .. Only something like 7-8 points behind 5-6th in the Bundesliga .. They've recovered well.

Very true, haven't checked the Bundesliga table in a while. And they're still in the DFB-Pokal and Champion's League.

Yep. It's us.

People need to settle down and stop panicking.

Martinez isn't going to be sacked by Kenwright - there'll be no sacking when Everton are 6 points above the relegation zone.

The fume will die down and we'll move toward the EL tie with Kiev and Newcastle. Then we'll see from there.

Stop giving yourselves a heart attack. We'll get out of this with the present managerial structure in place. Have no doubt of that.
Fair enough. Look at it in the cold light of day tomorrow.

At which point will you have had it with him though? I mean, how long should we give?

Cannot see us beating the bar codes. This football is not going to get goodison going. It will have the opposite effect. The pressure will now be turned up on the players. That is when it will really go downhill. We are the team on the slide.

Oh my god your even starting to sound like him.

You can catch the taxi with him you clown!

His the Manager and nothing is going right so he must take the blame :)
There's lots of problems and his not rectified any of them and now his turned half the squad and fans against him :-(

He does'nt deserve to manage our great club :)

Kenwright will stick by him until Newcastle. I can see that being a must win for him though, regardless of the fact other teams are down pretty much.

I have a feeling though mate that the likes of us will look back on this night and point to it in the future when Martinez turns this around from Newcastle on as the night that only a few stood four square behind him as the whole forum crumbled to the defeat.
You can have your moment of glory mate if that happens. I prefer you getting it right than the vast majority of this forum. I believe in the Martinez philosophy for our future. Problem is I'm very very very scared about the present.

2 wins in 16 games

Palace and QPR.
