Kenwright will stick by him until Newcastle. I can see that being a must win for him though, regardless of the fact other teams are down pretty much.

I have a feeling though mate that the likes of us will look back on this night and point to it in the future when Martinez turns this around from Newcastle on as the night that only a few stood four square behind him as the whole forum crumbled to the defeat.
I'd love you to be right, but I have to say I'm losing faith in him faster than I lose my pants on my wedding anniversary night.

i'd dont want him sacked, he has a lot of potential, i just want someone to open his eyes. i can't believe that our whole staff is completely oblivious to the fact he made a mistake by bringing back howard and the fact we never have any width. in his defence with the width problem, we've barely had two fully fit wingers all season and he obviously has taken a dislike to mirallas' attitude or that he's scared of his cheese hamstrings. but howard is going to cost him his job if he doesn't drop him.

nobody on here agreed with his idea to bring him straight into the team. drop him now before it's too late, our defence has turned into an utter shambles once again and we're leaking goals against the most unpotent of strikeforces. what's the point in having all of this "specialist staff" if they're making mistakes a 12 year old doesn't make on football manager!

He won't change

Read his interviews

The whole season has been totally amateurish. From pre season till now. We have been a completely different beast in Europe tbf but we simply cannot continue as we are domestically.
I really wanted him do well, but the warning signs have become air raid sirens.

Time for change.

People need to settle down and stop panicking.

Martinez isn't going to be sacked by Kenwright - there'll be no sacking when Everton are 6 points above the relegation zone.

The fume will die down and we'll move toward the EL tie with Kiev and Newcastle. Then we'll see from there.

Stop giving yourselves a heart attack. We'll get out of this with the present managerial structure in place. Have no doubt of that.

Always been a supporter of him, I am desperate for him to turn it around and have maintained that he will do so given time. Unfortunately though, he's showing no signs of it.

He has to get it right against Newcastle or he's done for me. The fact he's still got us in the Europa does throw a spanner into the works though, I guess if we weren't still in that competition he'd probably have been sacked by now.

And i will GLADLY hold my hand up and say 'yep, DaVek was right, I and a LOT of other supporters were very very wrong'. Just cannot see it at all, however.

There's just no point in getting rid now. Everton won't get relegated and it'd cause all manner of financial troubles I imagine.
15 games into next season and if he's not back on the right track then he's gone

Never wanted him , his comments as Wigan boss after a 0-0 at Goodison where they were awful and we just could not score, "I thought we controlled the game" I thought what a totally deluded idiot .
