The biggest disappointment about yesterday, Arsenal were coming off a bad defeat, fans on their case, Giroud getting booed off by his own fans, we should have went into the game playing at a high tempo, lobbing balls into the box to try and unsettle them,getting their fans on their case early on, but at the end of the day, we let them off the hook big style.

IMO if he came out after games and said how it was, that we were crap, when we were actually crap, he would get some leeway off fans.

Yes he would but then he would have a revolt on his hands from the players. For whatever reason ( and I don't agree with it ) he seems to be putting a positive spin on everything in order to defend the players and their performances. We should be about 20 points clear this season and walking away with the title as basically any time a player has a good game they are classed as world class. I think I've counted about 6 of our players who are now world class according to him lol

His soundbites are certainly going to bite him.on the arse the more he persists with chatting crap. The talk of saying the first 2 games of the season knocked the players confidence is quite frankly embarrassing.

It certainly looks that way. It's fine when it's going great but when we are in an abysmal run of form it just irritates the fan base

Not sure I agree there. It's good they are asking questions, but as far as i'm aware there's always been a bit of a difficult relationship between that paper and Everton.

No mate. He's a lone voice in the media. You know it and I know it too. No one is seriously questioning Martinez out there.

Tell you what did annoy me yesterday was the 'throw in' incident on half time! I mean even the Ref got fed up and blew for half time. How embarrassing was that ?
