Lukaku

Just compare Lukaku with Kane. In fact there is no comparison. Kane links up play, takes men on and goes past them, strikes a mean ball, wins all his headers and nets a few too, generally gets stuck in and scores bags of goals. Lukaku....ermm...scores a few goals.......Oh, I forgot, Kane is of course still a baby, being younger even than Lukaku who we keep getting told we can't expect too much from yet because he's only 21.....
Ahh yes because one season is a judge on a player.

Lukaku has 7 goals Kane has 12 Kane is playing in a team that prinarly the serves its striker and is playing on confidence lukaku is creating him self.

This is my main gripe tonight, sticking Lukaku ( a better striker than the shyte could ever wish for ) on the left and then the right, leaving Naismith most of the match in the middle. Criminal that for me from Martinez. He's our only goalscorer ffs so make sure he's in the middle. By the time he shoved him there in the end he's all over the place. Another draw, another chance a missed to beat a shyte red Shyte side
If he is trying to add more strings to his bow to make him a better all round footballer, I can appreciate that. But only if there is a class striker playing the striker's position surely.

It just reaked of not trusting him and putting a hard worker like Naismith up top instead. Best chance we had fell to Naisy and it hit his albino nose. The whole system was crap toniget, Everton simply bored me because o never once felt threatened by those bellends. They were there for the taking. I've said that too many times in my lifetime.

GOLD! I called him a little Scottish runt once but this is another level! ;)

Kane has made a lot of goals for himself. If not made them, he's used great close control and turns to then give him the chance to score.

7 is a poor return from £28m. No one could possibly argue otherwise. [Poor language removed] me, even Jelavic has got 6!

i can already tell this isn't worth wasting my time on
Rom's scored in every other game since our change in approach from the dreadful Hull game and his performances overall have been a big part in arresting that downward spiral despite losing his childhood best friend in that period.

But he doesn't have the greatest game played out of position in a setup that wasn't designed for him and suddenly the knives are out for him again.

Having the big man as our striker has given me more excitement and hope than any striker in decades at Everton. Money well spent.

He needs to sort his offsides out, one stat I heard today is we have been caught offside more than any other team in the league, I can believe it too.

Enough already with the friggin offsides, Lukaku has no excuse, pay attention FFS.

He is so annoying with this, half the time its because he is sulking and walks dead slow like a child who wants some sweets.

A bad example was when he didn't get that foul against West Ham and just stood there, but the ref played the advantage when Eto ran of with the ball, played the cross to Osman to score, because he didn't get his foul he lost interest in the move.

I think we need to play Rom with Kone up front as Kone can hold the ball up were Rom can't. Rom is the better striker but only when facing goal, back to goal he's probably one of the worse strikers in the league. He will learn and his foot will change from a 50p

should have scored yesterday, but our attacking play in general was just absurd. there was nothing good in what we did, the best through ball all night was from robles. he's certainly not lazy, but i think it's time we need to try kone up front with lukaku behind or alongside him. stop trying to turn lukaku into this target man, it's pointless when he does win the ball because there's nobody anywhere near him anyway.

I thought his first touch, hold up play and linking up was good yesterday. It was hard to have a big impact stuck on the wing and Can certainly got the better of him however he was our best attacker by a long way.
