This is what I miss.
That looks interesting, what's it like?

I drifted away from porters and stouts after law school and started enjoying pale ales and the hoppier side of life.
That Morimita Soba Ale is a beer brewed from a Japanese root. Gross, right? Turns out it is a very clean, crisp ale that starts like a Pale Ale and finishes like a Pilsner.
It is an odd compromise of a beer that probably costs too much, but it's pretty unique.
My favorite beer is a local called Diamond Bear Pale Ale. Not sure what it's distribution range is, but if you can find it on draught, I highly recommend it. Not so much in a bottle as hoppy ales tend to carry metallic tones in a bottle.
They have, in effect, an "off license" on Whitechapel, opposite what used to be the NatWest on Dawson St.just got bak from a mid-morning afternoos hic ^&% sess in the Ship an mitre ! Ship in a Bottle, does all sorts of bottled beers. I have some of those Belgian beers to try tonight.
Diamond Bear Pale Ale
Very nice, trying it now. Will definitely have it again. How does it compare bottle/can to draft? Definitely a good flavor, not too hoppy.
A question to the older crowd on GOT?
have you been drinking excessively since your 20's? have you seen it take a toll on your health? did you slow down in your 30's?
I'm 23 and I drink about every weekend with maybe 1-3 beers on the weekday. I've been doing this for about 2 years now. I'm just curious to see how long I will continue this pattern.
