Martinez needs to go. Clueless. As proven for the past four months. That display was as pathetic as it gets. No leadership on the field or in the sidelines it seems. The results are the responsibility of the manager and he's badly underperformed. Times up Bobby.

I agree...this is sadly the conclusion that I have come to as well. It's plain to see for everyone, that when we move the ball around with pace and have an urgency in our play we are dangerous. Somehow RM fails to realise this or is just too stubborn. His possession play hamper our game and allows the opposition defence to get back in place every time.

I have no immediate favourite that I would like to replace him though. Not entirely sure about McClaren.
