He has to go now.
All the stick he and the players got in the week and they play like that with the same tactics.
No fight in the whole club

I'm perplexed by his whole situation. I've not felt this underwhelmed and concerned about an Everton team since Smith and Walker.

In fact, I probably feel worse at the moment! After the highs of last season and the expectations we had in August, this is just ridiculous.

People will state that Moyes went through poor patches, which is true, but you knew he could revert to type.

He could get a team to defend well. He could get his players to work from the dressing room, so we eventually began to grind out results.

When things were okay, he then adapted to be more positive. With Martinez, I simply cannot see any evidence that we can do this.

Defensively we are shocking; I mean all over the place. Our midfield has no guile, strength or determination: things you need in a dogfight.

Some may blame the front line (they're not blameless), but if you aren't solid at the back and middle you are liable for a thumping. It's simple.

Martinez keeps playing the same style. He may have changed the formation today, however it was in the attempt to do the same stuff.

Rigid to the point of being ludicrous. Equally, he is unable to see or react to our problems to the point of absolute stupidity.

This club is not a testing ground for his ideas, as we are currently getting sucked into a relegation fight.

You need to be tight in this situation, not leaky! It may be a different club... different players... but this philosophy got Wigan relegated.

I wish we could give him the time he needs, yet I simply fear by the time he turns it around we'll already be standing on the edge of the abyss.

He is no longer worth the risk... Bye Bye Robbie. I am dreading to read his post match comments.

Yes.

We are terrible. The pulsating counter attacking football from last year has been weened out of the players.

Last year we destroyed teams on the break with our pace and power. It is the MANAGER who has eradicated this from the same set of players.

He has to go, for me.
This is my biggest problem. We played phenomenally last year. Did fantastic. So what the hell happened?~!

It's going to get worse before it gets better, West Ham will surely dump us out of the cup and then City come to Goodison, no point waiting to see how we go in the next 2 games, if Kenwright is even contemplating releaving him of his duties, then it has to be now.

We're 13th in the table. It's not great but the first season alone buys him time. Kewnright stuck with Moyes in the dreadful 2nd season, he'll do it again.

Three home games to come now, one in the cup. We need to be winning two of them. We will if those useless bottling players pull their finger out.

Can't see us beating West Ham, City or anyone mate.

Terrifying that 31 fans think this is acceptable looking at the current squad.

And his ideas of sorting things out is internal and getting cleverly and El habsi in.

Bad road ahead lads

I would not sack him but I would also not give him any money to spend in jan after the likes of

Robles
Mcgeady
Alcaraz
Barry
Kone

And quite possibly one of the biggest wastes of money in our history, Lukaku. I cry myself to sleep at night over him, he could nearly send us into liquidation.

Voted no as think he should get a chance to turn it around. He really needs to sort his team formation and get players playing in there proper positions. Dropping Barry would be a good start. I no it's wrong of me but I was actually hoping he'd get sent off today. Also needs to get a keeper in as soon as because with Robles in goal Martinez Will more than likely be sacked before Howard's back. Every shot on target looks like it's going in with this clown in nets

What is most annoying is, we've been terrible all season. Barring a few decent performances here and there, we've been terrible, and yet, Martinez hasn't been able to do anything to change it. In the past month, the [Poor language removed] really has hit the fan, and still, no change.

Under Moyes when we went through spells of [Poor language removed] results, you knew he'd go back to basics to grind out results. It wasn't pretty, but it kept our heads above water.

I did say in the last thread that I would only stop backing him if we hadn't won a league game by the end of the West Brom match.

However, I have just about lost all hope I still had left today. Fickle? Maybe. Worried? Extremely. We're not getting anything against Man City, and if we go into a relegation 6 pointer with Barry, Alcaraz, Naismith as our number 10 getting in Barkley's way and Martinez on the bench, I fear we will not win against WBA either.

Get rid.

Saving grace is the new manager isn't taking over a poor side in terms of players

McCarthy, Besic, Baines, Coleman, Lukaku, Kev, Stones, Jags
