Roberto Martinez discussion

This.

The most of these "individual errors" which have absolutely destroyed us this season come about because of the way they are being told to play.

McGeady screwed up today for their second...the reality us the ball should never have been played short to him from our own box in the first place.

Ross mis-controls a ball in the box for the third....his natural instincts would have been to whack that ball into touch.

And so on and so forth from the getgo in August.

Philosophy my ass.

That is the point. They are being told to do such thing. Martinez has to take full responsibility.

1-0 up today and the ref does his job properly to send that Cisse **** off and the victory was there for us.

It's on fractions turning like that that this slide continues.

I knew this place had it's fair share of off the wall flakey charcters, but **** me they've crawled out of every corner in the last few weeks.

I think I'd rather have the Kopites back...in fact, hmmmmmm......

And controlling a ball un-marked is hard for a player in the prem and playing for his country ????

He made a mistake, he was not concentrating.

Your not understanding the point, I ain't disagreeing with you, it was stupid by Barkley. However when Martinez is so stubborn about playing from the back you can understand that maybe in the back of his mind he feels he has to control it and then play it rather than booting it cause it's the Martinez way

Can only blame the ref for so much, I'm pretty sure we were bent over and shafted by referee decisions last season but we managed.

11 vs 11 that Newcastle side was for the taking. Another sorry ass display

I thought the Spurs performance was bad, but this was pitiful.

The only thing that was "incredible" was the total lack of any cohesion and organisation.

For the first time I'm doubting him.
