Glad there has been less 'titting about at the back', but it's still poor. How is Eto'o still on, he passing has been wayward and Lukaku is waiting.

Deserve to lose this, poor poor poor. And 'BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!'

When did we become a side that found ourselves in a game where Newcastle wanted it more?

There's no guarantee we'd have a top table finish if he left. If anything, we'd probably end up being top of the bottom anyway

Agreed. There isn't time for anyone. Martinez has to be the one to do it, because it has to happen sooner than we can install a new manager.

It's that or the Ferguson/Unsworth caretaker dream-team lol

Relegation fight looks on the cards now, 5 points off the bottom 3. We don't have the players for a fight, not now.....

Martinez needs to go

Poor team selection
bewildering formations
Etoo playing every game and he is [Poor language removed]
Baines in midfield

Total [Poor language removed], sooner the better

Personally I'd expect him to be very close to being sacked if we lost to Hull, West Ham is irrelevant as the league form is the issue.
We had worse starts than this under Moyes and we gave him time. We should do the same here. If we're in a relegation fight in March/April that's when we should be taking action.

If the season is nearly over and we're battling for relegation, then we should act? We must have a fantastic replacement manager lined up.

Hell no, that'd be far too late. West Brom on the 19th January at the VERY latest - if we're anything less than 15th at that point he has to go, and he'd have zero complaints about it. Anyone would sack him.

who do we have lined up then in Jan? Pulis? There was one season under Moyes where we were bottom at Xmas and we gave him time to pull it round. We should do the same here. Far too early to panic.

You want to wait till we are cut adrift at the bottom with an impossible escape mission for the new man to come in and attempt? What a joke. Palace may or may not survive but they knew what they had to do.

All I'm saying is that if he's going, he needs to go a lot sooner.

I don't think he is going. We couldn't afford the compo.
