thats exactly the point, we had greater needs than to replace our keeper. you talk about Lloris who cost £12m, De gea has been mentioned he cost £19m. I really don't see Martinez spending that on a keeper.

No, it really isn't.

I posted, saying that i didn't think Howard was suited to the way we play. You then started talking about spending power. I responded by saying that i don't accept that as a reason for us not being able to get a superior replacement to Howard.

What Lukaku has to do with this i don't know. Our need for a striker was great, that doesn't mean we can't and shouldn't replace Howard.

I'm glad we are getting more fans long term this is what the club needs more of a global fan base
But you can't be biased to your own
I'm Welsh but couldn't stand Simon Davies he used to drive me insane
When I'm supporting Everton my nationality doesn't come into it

id love to get Lloris or the equivalent 2 years ago, it would definitely improve us but as happened in the summer i dont think the manager will prioritize a large proportion of his budget on a gk.

I will support any player who plays for Everton wherever they happen to come from, don't bother me at all, and I don't usually hate on any player or slate them but when your keeper is wholly responsible for the last three goals you've conceded costing us points I think I'm entitled to offer an opinion .
 
If it makes you feel better I personally don't believe Atsu is up to much and Piennar is shot.... Just my opinion.

Not sure what Jozy has to do with Howard. If you're trying to make a point that Americans are too patriotic and can't see Howard straight as a result then I'd make the counterpoint that anytime America pops up on these boards you turn up to take a piss. Anti-american sentiment can cloud judgment as easily as pro-american sentiment.
