Totally agree. In the second half our midfield was absolutely awful. Hull played the high pressing game really well in the second half when aluko came on.

We created next to nothing, we actually created better chances for Hull with our sloppy play.

to be fair, they pay their hard earned money for the tickets, they have the right to voice their concerns/pleasures. at the end of the day, it's also an entertainment business and paying £35-£40 for that was utterly barbaric. it was sunday league errors every 2/3 mins.

Eggactly (you like what I've done there?).

At times when we should be pushing forward for the win, we were simply attempting pointless tikka takka passes between players.

They were under no pressure from the opposition and just into their half, so this simply slowed our game down even more. Extremely frustrating.
 

Seriously.... someone tell me if I'm overreacting because it's just finished, but was that our worst performance since the Wigan QF?? Second half was almost embarrassing, couldn't pass 5 yards.

I admire your honesty its just a pity on here when you say something negative about martinez the brown shoe worshippers come at you all aggressive.
At the end of the day we all want everton to do well and we all have opinions but for me martinez is lost

wins from 14. That's depressing.
Managers of relegation a candidates target 1 point per game, we're just about topping that at the moment but it'll be 18 from 15 come Saturday. Any other manger of a "top 4 contender " would be under serious pressure by now.

The lack of urgency was unbelieveable. It seems that teams have realised that all they need to do is press high and they get a result. It works because 50% of our team have the first touch of an elephant.
 
Hope its the last season for Howard, Gibson, Kone, Pienaar and Distin. If we can extract 8-10 million from Kone, Gibson and Pienaar combined I'd buy a decent CB to back Jags and Stones by adding some Bill money if he has.
