realistic transfer improvements

If we make the European places again there's no reason why we couldn't give a talented kid like that enough games - which is why it's important we at least make Europa again.

Of course we could always sign him and send him out on loan.
Would be nice if we could get a reputation of a club that develops young players. We're unlikely to be able to compete with clubs like United in signing players such as Di Maria but their presence often blocks the route through tomthe first team of the academy lads.

Mostly I suggested it because am sick of United fans just casually thinking they can pinch any of our players whenever they happen to want them.

Right, maybe we can't offer the wages of the richer clubs, but we can offer playing time and a manager who has a record of developing players. We seem to be trying to get in a couple of highly rated teenagers every window so if his wage demands are reasonable there's no reason we shouldn't be in for him.

He has stated he wants to stay at united, but if he hasn't signed a new deal by January he's then free to talk to other clubs. We should make an approach.

anybody else excited to see us linked with a move for Andre Ayew? In think he's got loads of talent and could really be what we need on the left wing. OM is refusing to pay him 50k a week which for his talent and only 24 years old doesn't seem like much. Left footed, good pace, young enough to grow with our current young first teamers.

Showing Alex songs highlights on SSN, completely running their midfield brilliantly for me he should be Barrys successor I would make him a target once we sort out the CM and RM positions

I didn't realise he has only just turned 27 years old, he is available on a free next Summer as well. He would be a class signing for anyone! I can see him staying at West Ham, but you'd imagine a number of clubs would be making him offers.
