QUESTIONS FOR EARL BARRETT

Hi folks, meeting up with Earl Barrett tomorrow and was wondering if any of you fans out there have any questions you would like me to put to him.
Just come back from interviewing Sheeds and also bumped into big Dunc. I put the offer to him to be interviewed for the book with the donations going to the former players foundation. Surprisingly, Dunc refused point blank

Earl, the derby is next week and most of us are expecting disappointment despite Liverpool not being great just now. It is the same every year.

Now, with all due respect, you weren't everyone's first name on the teamsheet, but your time at Everton coincided with the best run in history against Liverpool (9 matches unbeaten between '94 and '99).

What factors do you think contributed to this, were there any particular routines or affirmations the team (or yourself) you stuck to, or was it just the manager/tactics? By all rights the spice boys should have webbed us every time but they never managed it. I'd be eager to hear your opinions having experienced it all first hand.

Fans should support THE TEAM. Some players are better than others. He gave me his time to conduct an interview for a the former players foundation. More than what can be said for big DUNC. We are Everton aren't we?

He was a good defender, but his distribution was embarrassingly bad.
Oh hey
