Home European Group Game Attendances

You're not wrong, it's not bad, but not everyone can afford that.

Realistically, the club should have looked at Fiorentina, Brann where the atmosphere was brilliant. Just looking at the research there, and when we played Metallist back in 2007, we had an attendance close to a sell out, with 37,000 there, tickets for season ticket holders were nearly half what they were this time round at £15, and likewise for non-st holders at £18. Kids were £5, likewise for the game against Larissa, it's a shame.

Full house would have been amazing, i think they'll sort that for LOSC and Krasnodar, but by alot? I doubt it.

With the Krasnodar game being mid December on the run up to Christmas i can see that being a poor turnout unless they do drop the price

£28/£33 to watch Everton play a Bundesliga team under the floodlights doesn't seem like a bad deal to me at all.

I'm amazed that this isn't selling well, I thought we'd be close to a sell out for this, being our first game back in Europe for years against a decent German team. Very disappointing if we get an attendance below 30,000.

I would epect the home game against Krasnodar to be cheaper considering most people had never heard of them before the draw, but against Wolfsburg and Lille I expected full price, so I was happy to get the £5 discount for being a season ticket holder.

Put it this way, I'm more excited for the Wolfsburg game than the Palace game on Sunday!

Totally agree! If i wasn't a ST holder, an i had to pick between Wolfsburg or Palace, i'd pick Wolfsburg every time!

I can't contain how excited i am for Thursday!!

Likewise, five years out of Europe... top quality German opposition... our best squad in years playing a brand of football we've all yearned for... and folks can't be arsed... because the FIVE YEARS AGO price was £20 !!

Come on Blues, get there and support the team !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The website is still showing 90% of the stadium as having good-very good availability of seats left. Not looking good
tbf it's a bit misleading, very good makes me worried. The good parts, not so much. Click on a "good" part and it's mainly singles, with pairs in restricted view places.

If it was all yellow (pardon my coldplay) i'd be happy, i don't like seeing sections in green still.

Still think we should be selling it out though.

I just noticed that actually after posting. The very good parts are pretty much 40% available so judging by that, the tickets bought so far are around 25,000

This might be down to a lack of knowledge about foreign football but are they really top quality opposition? Off the top of my head I know one player - Bendtner.

I still find it mad how many are going over to France and Germany, but won't make the trip to Goodison. Baffles me that.

For me, anything less than 30,000 on Thursday will be very disappointing.
Having said that, it does indeed sound as though a veritable invasion of Blues is heading for both Lille and Wolfsburg and fair play and all credit to all those going to Krasnador - hope there are some quality banners ramming that fact down the throat of the Daily Mirror

COME ON YOU BLUES !!!!!

There's no p155-poor opposition from the Bundesliga, and Lille are top of the French League too - tough group we're in, but if/when we get through it, the rest of the EL will look very warily about being drawn against us !!!!

Who has got a ticket? i got one yesterday afternoon, nearest to the front left in the £52 section was row 28!

The above has been borrowed from the thread about the upcoming Analfield derby...

£52 to go to that sh1thole and get spat on by Neanderthals while Thursday is £28/£33 - come on guys and gals, roaring the Blues on across the park is one thing, but packing the rafters AT HOME in our first European game in five years has to be a must surely ??
