Liverpool, and the scouse people are a country and nation, like any other. How anyone who wears our shirt, can then brazenly tramp themselves with England, Brasil, Argentina, San Marino, Liechtenstein etc is beyond me. What a step down, why put yourself through that? Hopefully players will just start retiring from national football once they break into the first team.
