Will he be used as back up?

Or is a change of formation on the way?

Howard
Coleman Stones Jagielka Baines
Barry
McCarthy Naismith
Mirallas
Lukaku Eto'o

OR:

Howard
Stones Jagielka Distin
Coleman McCarthy Barry Baines
Mirallas
Lukaku Eto'o

I would say same formation but no way Lukaku or Eto'o would play on the wing I don't think...

..I think it will rotation as we are campaigning on a number of fronts. I doubt there will be a change in formation, if him and Lukaku are on the pitch together it will be when we are chasing a goal or perhaps trying Eto'o as the deeper No10.

her arse looks odd there

He proved it, at Chelsea....Mind you, one of those youngsters was Lukaku

He's collecting a check and proving he can continue to be effective but his best days are far behind him

If you think that we're expecting the Eto'o that scored in that CL final those years ago, then you're crazy.

We're expecting an experienced player who can, and has shown that he can still, play at the top level.

Eto'o > Suarez

Ooo, err, missus ... controversial view there young fellow me lad.
Excellent WUMmery 10/10 (y)

We're going from Kone to Eto'o as our back up striker and some people are not sure? I know who I'd rather bring on to try and change a game! Maybe we should get James McFadden back in on loan? Or even Traore to be more recent.

This is an excellent move if it goes through and massive respect to him for turning down one last mega pay day to stay in the league!
