We looked so comfortable in the second half letting them come at us and just absorbing their pressure, we made them resort to just crosses and none of them were working. I honestly didn't see them scoring at all until that first one went in, suddenly a lapse of concentration and they score an easy goal.

Is it just me or have we got the 5hittest fans in the world? Seriously, Goodson park sounded like [Poor language removed] funeral. The players were woeful second half but our fans were even worse the whole way through. Looks like everyone's not really arsed anymore

Welcome to the Premier League

Ran rings? Please, you capitalized on our left side falling asleep for the first goal and 2 outrageous decisions by the officials in the buildup to the second goal which should never have been.

If you're happy with how Arsenal played until the 70th, then you're as bad a kopite for being blinkered.

Yous were terrible. Just admit it. Because it'll hurt more when you get turned over by Chelsea's etc again.

We needed To see out the last 10 and our midfield had run out of steam, it wasnt the time to bring two wingers on, we needed a grip in midfield. I think bobby got his subs wrong today. On a positives note, we we're excellent in the first half.

Hey @Bobby P can we all just get along and agree that Arsenal are badly gash but because we felt bang on playing keep the ball for an hour with Jags and Distin we decided to give you a point. Arsenal were crap, we were for 7 minutes so a point aint a bad result for both.

Not being funny mate but you created nothing for about 70mins

We passed the ball around with ease and soaked up any pressure you brought on which was you passing the ball around in front of the back 4

The difference between the two sides was our lack of fitness and your obvious talent through out the squad, We gave you a sniff and you punished us

well if he thinks like that he's a moron. wilshere is so easy to wind up and gets bullied by any midfielder worth their salt. arteta's not exactly a great option either, you're choosing two players there to play the deep role and neither can really tackle.

Not me making the decisions here.

To be fair to Arteta, what's hurt him is the decline, as he ages, of his physical attributes
Which leaves him vulnerable at times.

Wenger prefers to have players in that sitting role who can circulate the ball effectively which is why he values ball players in that position. Wilshere played that role at times in the 2010-2011 season, for example against Barcelona in the first leg interchangeably with Song.

I think you need to take the blinkers off mate. Old Firm loyalties need to be left at the door.

I reiterate, Naismith is a nothing player.

Are you basing Ozil's worth off his first game of the season where he clearly isn't match fit yet?

Heard it all now lad, a nothing player ffs. He has been our best player for the past 8 months. Look at the defending last two games, infuriating.

Thought the two centre halves looked shaky all game. Thought Martinez got the subs wrong too. With Lukaku on we had McCarthy covering the right and Mirallas defended well on the left. When he brought McGeady and Atsu on, neither of them tracked back and left our full backs very exposed, especially on the right where both goals came from. Very disappointing to surrender a two goal lead today but hopefully the lads and the gaffer will rectify this in time for Chelsea next week. Keep the faith blues!

Costa will destroy distin next week.

Too right he will, but hopefully that will make Martinez (and HOPEFULLY Billy BS) sit up and do something decisive - disappointing yes, but the biggest disappointment was that I never felt too surprised when a young, quick and persistent (though not remotely superior at footy) Arsenal side capitalised on the flagging 33+ y/o duo at the back....

I can see, why can't RM? It reminds me of Pulp Fiction - like boxers, footballers age like vinegar, not wine. Screw pride, pride only hurts, how many season has Distin got left in him.... one?

I'm sure we'll see some improvement, but it still won't be enough to compete at the very top.
