Whilst digging out the footings for the new dormitories at Finch Farm Robertos found a chest containing untold riches, it was marked Fortress Fund apparently.

Lukaku was sold because he wanted something (the #1 striker role) that Mourinho wasnt prepared to give him, and because - for once - they have to spend sensibly to avoid falling foul of FFP. I also wouldnt be that surprised if it turned out they have a buyback clause or at least first option on him when he does go, Mou might not have been that keen on him but the rest of the Chelsea hierarchy were.

Atsu on the other hand is probably someone we could pick up quite cheaply, if he doesnt go on and be too boss for us - he isnt a Mou signing, doesnt play in a position that Mou is associated with developing, and has better players ahead of him in the Chelsea squad.

Wouldn't surprise me if we made an 'We scratch your back and we'll scratch your's'' deal with chelsea, where they get first dibs if we sell any of our key players.

I'm just guessing their though
