The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

Your comment about Messi pretty much sums it all up, they'll never do enough for you. I couldn't careless if Kenwrights a blue or not to be honest, that has absolutely no impact on how the clubs run.

The good times are round the corner. I think there'll be a cup in the cupboard come May, I'll be able to enjoy it, unfortunately it doesn't look like you'll be able to.
What a mad statement.

I imagine most people are a bit different at the match than they are on a forum.

At least I hope that's the case. You don't run around Goodison screaming, 'VAULTED! I VAULTED YOU! YOU SAID SOMETHING WRONG AND I REMEMBER IT,' do you?

I've no idea what you're jabbering about?

Phew, I didn't get it either. I'm just sort of drifting from thread to thread at the moment. None of them are talking about the things they were talking about when I left off and now I'm scared and confused. Have you seen Groucho? Chico? Who's Carlito and why is everybody fighting?

Neither I am an Everton Supporter so answer the question are you on the right website?

Bill finally spends money after 14 years and some lads seem to be getting a touch weird/aggressive. Just enjoy the transfer like the rest of us mate, it's for the best.

How does it feel, Chang? Not good, is it?

By the way, some quality contributions from @RaleighBlue these last few pages.

Yeah a whiff of wealth and it's like the beginning of a family feud when some old spinster auntie dies that nobody used to visit.

Been thinking the exact same thing. Martinez's optimism may peter out and end in failure, but Moyes seemed to be steering the club away from success at every opportunity. I wonder if in hindsight we will attribute more blame to him than Bill.

Not even in hindsight. Moyes reached his limit with us a few years before he left. Kenwright and the Board may still be able to offer the club progress.

I mean specifically in regard to transfer dealings. Did Bill sell because his character is as so often described in this thread, or did he sell because he trusted Moyes' judgement, which we believe to be exactly as so often described in this thread. Is it possible that we learn Bill is different than we've adjudged him to be?

Aye, I know what you meant and agree with you.
