Yarmolenko ? Yes please
It's not 28 million outright no.O'Keefe is saying £25m plus add ons. So was it not £28m outright then?
Its a lower figure plus add on's. Most likely the add on's will be activated if he helps us qualify for the CL

It's not a bargain, but strikers are valued using a different price sheet than other players.considering how much the RS paid for Carroll
this is a bargain

With respect, how many starts did all these guys get? If anyone has a chart that lists the games as well, then we could really see this in its proper perspective.![]()
WOW !
)Think about it this way. If we were selling him, and not buying him, would you be happy with getting a £28m fee? I wouldn't.£28 million is really not a bad price.
How much would you want for Ross? Or Stones?
Lukaku's potential may not be quite as high but it's up there and he's a striker. A striker that scores loads of goals in the Premier League. And he's 21.
yeah love that - I like the 1 goal in 11 stat as well.
"You wanna see my new car, it does 80 mpg and runs like a dream when its not too cold"
"oh sound, lets have a look"
"err its in the garage - having one of those days"
Excellent point. What if Barkley were to go for £28M. I would be rather miffed.Think about it this way. If we were selling him, and not buying him, would you be happy with getting a £28m fee? I wouldn't.
Well put.Think about it this way. If we were selling him, and not buying him, would you be happy with getting a £28m fee? I wouldn't.
Which is very important in and of itself. The way Barkley and Stones have been hyped recently, they must have felt like they need to carry the team individually. It's hard to develop with that sort of pressure.I think his potential as high as either to be honest.

Lukaku's presence in the team diffuses the spotlight a bit, each of those players are now part of a big class of promising youngsters, they don't have as much individual pressure to be the next Everton legend.
Good point, Stones, Barkley, Oviedo, and McCarthy let alone the actual youth players coming through can all play free of concern, pressure really is purely on Lukaku now because of his transfer fee, and I reckon he'll thrive off it.
