Its not a 'nothing signing' neither is it a major signing.
People just need to calm down a little in what is the second week of July. The window has been open 7 days. We have until September 1st to make signings.
No shortage of them in here.

There are decisions on young players we need to take as they are thrown into the first team. I will never stop a young players having an opportunity by rushing to bring a player in.
We have done our work in terms of identifying the players we want, the positions that we need to cover and the positions where we need to improve the competition and we are going to do that. I am quite relaxed about it.”
Maybe Traore and Basic before squad goes to Thailand, then Lukaku and one other before the start of the season ?
