Talk about an agenda. Ronaldo had a stinker, just after winning the ballon d'or -- did he get found out? Is he gash?

Pirlo bummed England but just like the whole Italy side, after that, just didn't click into gear.

No lad Ronaldo does his stuff week in week out you could have a show reel of 30 mins with him and his goals this fella Pirlo takes a few free kicks and grows a beard doesn't he?

You brought the comparison with Ronaldo so you need to look at yourself before throwing teddy around. I was quite gentle given the ludicrous nonsense you were coughing and spluttering about. As for using Pirlo shining against England it's like saying your peugeot 106 beat the milk float off the lights so get it in F1.

Admittedly against Costa Rica and Uruguay he was a god ...... he was invisible.

Pirlo is a master, there is no other way to describe it. He controls a game without moving, he makes the ball do the work and he does the simple things with perfection, pure perfection.

He doesn't need to bomb past players like Ronaldo, weave past defenders like Messi or bully midfielders with pure power like Toure; because one simple pass will take 3 people out of a game with ease.

I love watching Mr Pirlo; every young footballer should be given a tape of him playing and made to watch it to learn how to play football properly
