It is definitely an improvement but would be even better without the 'Everton' and '1878' inside the crest, not saying put them outside the crest that looked messy before but couldn't they have just incorporated the 'Everton' and '1878' somewhere else on the kit each season instead of on our badge, say on this seasons on the sleeve instead of umbro

It's about branding. Sky and the like were not including the word Everton when displaying the badge.

What other nations are returning from World Cup today other than England could they be waiting for a player to return from World Cup to announce with new kit at 10pm can't see why else they would delay!
