Not likely, probably just louder and maybe more annoying. Everything we do, we do bigger and better, right?
that was a second reply to an article written by someone from the USA which johnnydawg posted where I was saying some americans patriotism is more than just being proud of your country, but believing you are superior or just coming across that way, saying you do everything better than everyone else can be considered one of the two. Not that I think you personally believe you are superior to other people.
the article had this at the end
The fact that the U.S. has never been all that good at soccer has allowed us to cheer for our team in a full-throated, hyper-patriotic, guilt-free way. But as we gain respect on the field, our overbearing presence in the stadium stops being charming.
The U.S. has everything else. Can’t the rest of the world just have this? Judging by the past few weeks in Brazil, the U.S. national team and its loudest, proudest fans have this to say in response: U-S-A! U-S-A!
this was just my opinion and it's only my opinion which is about as credible as nothing, is a part of why the US is disliked by some. I don't believe people from the US are idiots, it was just in regard to their knowledge of other countries and even then I imagine it's still only a small percentage but i believe (again opinion) it's a bigger percentage on average than other countries. so you kind of only got half the story, I apologise for my reply being so long but I didn't want you to think I believe Americans are idiots when I don't.
