Not that I'm advocating buying Welbeck, but when has he been a focal point for an attack, let alone for the amount of time Rom has?

I'm not saying Welbeck is the answer to any question I know of, just that Rom, while a good striker, has had the benefit of a lot of circumstances favouring him.

We just finished 5th in the league ffs. He's an absolutely dreadful player. Up there with the worst I have ever seen,

Don't think anyone is.....think some were saying that he wouldn't look as bad if he was given 30 odd games as a central striker that had a system set up to go almost entirely through him.

When United won the league in Fergusons last year, Welbeck scored the grand total of one goal for the premier league champions.

If only some club could save this talent from wasting away, we need the likes of Sunderland to buy him so he can score twenty odd goals a season.

When played as a central striker which has only happened 8 times Welbeck has scored 5 and assisted one. I don't want him but he's a player that's been written off far too soon.
