MOTD bias, we know what its like

...I reckon they pander to the reds because of the global and domestic TV audience. Its business. They don't want reds fans to switch off because they account for a very large % of their viewing figures. Its the same reason why they employ so many ex-red pundits.

Yes it does matter - we are always shown towards the end of the program - if you did not know the Everton score and just watched Match of the day highlights, you would think a lot of the time the other teams were unlucky when we won a game. They show 2 minutes of our game and mainly just the goals - they tend to show the other team attacking us, which makes it look like the game was even when we were far the better team.

Fair enough if it really does annoy you. I'm not judging.

It just seems like something else for people to moan about.

How embarrassing was Hansen last night boasting about how he'd changed the way footy was analysed in his MOTD finale? Even Linker couldn't take it and cut him off mid-sentence.

Laughable Kopite.

Haha! Didn't see that. What an idiot.
Ha Ha. Yeah. He started to talk about how - when he first started at MOTD - he wanted to get away from purely descriptive accounts to analysis of moves etc (funny that, I can remember analysis on MOTD before that Thunderbird puppet tipped up like, but there ya go). Lineker cut him off short and said he wanted to squeeze some pictures of him in over the years.

Toe curling stuff. An appropriate end for a mundane fraud who's stole BBC cash in exchange for old rope for 20 odd years.

This says it all about Hansen and the smoke and mirrors of the supposed intelligent pundit. Lineker has suggested that Danny Murphy has impressed so it may be that one out, one in. The infestation of the media by ex RS players is overkill to say the least with only perhaps Souness being bearable...and maybe Carragher due to their honesty. The general love-in will continue until whichever comes first...them winning the Premiership or Stevie Me retiring. Hopefully the latter as the toleration will be worth it.
