It depends.

If a player is indivually ******* up all the time then no. If everyone is making mistakes and we are conceding goals then it's a collective thing, the balance obviously isn't right.

Seriously though, he's probably our most creative player from open play. He nearly sets up about three goals per game. His crossing is excellent, especially his low crosses.
