Could never name my kid after any Everton player apart from Preki.

Would always feel a bit embarrassed telling people why the kid was called Romelu but spoke with a Northern British accent.

Ended up going for one of the least everton inspired names you could imagine...Oscar Matthew Riley. Oh well... Let's hope he gets to see us win the title someday!

It was a while ago now but I offered up the suggestion of Duncan Neville for my first born. My wife gave me a look but said nothing. It was never mentioned again.

After 2 days of careful consideration between blue and duncan the dog is called duncan, only problem is the girlfriend has to tell everyone its a stupid name because its named after ferguson!! she does not understand in the slightest
