I named my first three kids Barmby. My daughter's called Xavier and I sometimes call out "Hottiger-Degn-Thomas-Ward!" at the back of my wife's head during sex.

I named my son after Jack Southworth who played for us in 1893. Played 32 games and scored 36 goals.

I like that archive thing on our official site. He had the beat goal scoring record so I chose him for my elaborate tale.

My Dad named my childhood cat Goodison. Was chuffed when I was old enough to work out why!

Personally I'd go for Leighton especially after the recent contract. Could always call him Phil Nikodem <Surname>? Or if you happen to be a fan of our American, Tim Howard <Surname>

Two true stories when I was born my Mum wanted me to be called Richard but whilst she was still in hospital my Dad registered my birth and I am named Graeme after Sharpy!

This is unbelievable but true, whilst Joe Max Moore played for us a lad I know had a baby girl he called her Jo-Max Maureen!
