We need to sign great players and sell bad players.
If we do that, hopefully things will improve.

Goal.com claims Dzeko can leave (http://www.goal.com/en-sg/news/3875...79188/dzeko-told-he-can-leave-manchester-city), however 150k a week will need to be at least halved!
I have a similar ideal realistic scenario to this. It's sad that its so unlikely despite it being what a club in our position in the league should look to do.Anyway. I'd go:
Holtby - £5m
Deulofeu - Loan
Barry - £1m signing on fee ?
Batshuayi - £10m
Tadic - £12m
But we're not going to do that.
I've only seen a bit of him but he looks alright.
But if we want a new keeper than there's a boss Danish one at Leicester who is out of contract in the summer.
GET HIM FFS.
In- Begovic,Podolski, Lukaku, Milner (box to box alongside Barry/McCarthy with Gibson as back up.) and Del boy on loan again, I'd be chuffed.
Out - Howard, Gueye, Duffy, Vellios, Alcaraz
Loans out - Lundstram, Grant, Kennedy, Green.
BegovicRobles
Coleman Jags Distin Baines
Milner McCarthy
Deulofeu Barkley Mirallas
Lukaku
Hibbert
Stones
Barry
Oviedo
Pienaar
Osman
Podolski
Kone
Gibson
Where's the boss squad money Bill?
I'd take Milner, he's got a solid cross on him and defensively he's spot on. Like a young Pienaar but with more quality in the final third.
Hes far from top of my list, but I think signing Lescott on a free transfer is a no brainer. Good enough to play against Barcelona, City fans thinking he is worth an extra year, talk about him going to United. He had a very good understanding with Jagielka as well, and he is streets ahead of Stones at this moment in time.
Milner would be ACE, I'd cream my kecks if we signed him, but I can't see him leaving City at all.
Did you miss the game mate? Seriously though on a free you're right, I'd take him back, but I don't think he's good enough to play against Europe's elite. Definitely good enough for a team pushing the top 4 though.
